The third book in Gholz's much-loved animal phonics series, following Bug on the Rug and Bear at the Fair, the story follows Duck and his quirky old truck on a fun, friendship-filled adventure that plays with phonics while exploring teamwork and finding luck, even in muck. A brilliantly characterful project, and a perfect fit for Susan's playful, expressive illustration style.
