Freya Hartas has illustrated A Magical World of Bedtime Stories, a 96-page treasury of folklore-inspired tales from around the world, written by anthropologist and author James Randall and published by Orchard Books (10 September 2026). Aimed at children aged 5 and up, it's a beautifully substantial gift book that plays to Freya's strengths: fantastical worlds, humorous characters and the kind of illustration that rewards lingering over.
