Lea Vervoort was commissioned to create the packaging design for Ninja Rewards’ chocolate boxes. Lea supplied everything from typography and nutrition charts to illustration! The product acts as a motivational calendar, a great tool to help kids learn useful skills and reward them along the way (with fine Belgian chocolate). There are 4 rewards, each with a different theme.

Maya is a very special bee. She wants to discover the world and not spend her life collecting honey and taking it to the hive. She is tender and sometimes somewhat naive, but her big heart always helps her get out of the muddles she gets into.

Waldemar Bonsels was a German author, born at the end of the 19th century. The Adventures of Maya the Bee is his most famous book. Published in 1912 with a circulation of one million copies, translated into twenty-eight languages and adapted into an animated television series.
